West pasture has a small area on the west side that could attract deer. There are a few trees and a draw that runs along the northwest corner. There is a small area near the gate where an old farmyard was once located.
The east pasture is bordered on the north by cultivated farm ground and on the east by grass and tree that are enrolled in walk-in hunting. The east pasture has a few trees and attracts turkey and other game. A pipe corral has been started in the northwest corner of this pasture. Pipe and gates to finish the project go with the pasture if desired.
Current renter is interested in continuing his contract to graze cattle from May through October.
Seller is willing to provide bed and breakfast services to the right buyer. Bed and breakfast is located 6 miles south of pasture in the center of prime pheasant hunting area and is available any time of the year and during any hunting season.
